To provide a frame structure of a straddle-type vehicle, which can effectively support a steering shaft at a location above a main frame body supporting a front wheel suspension device.SOLUTION: A frame structure of a straddle-type vehicle includes a main frame body 6 supporting a power unit 3A and a front wheel suspension device 4, and a steering post 13 supporting a steering shaft 12 at a location above the main frame body 6. The steering post 13 includes a shaft holder 14 rotatably supporting the steering shaft 12, and plural leg columns 15, 16 extending downward from the shaft holder 14 to be fixed to the main frame body 6.
