PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide traffic signal control incorporating information on non-motored traffic.SOLUTION: Technology for controlling traffic signals at least partially on the basis of existence of non-motored users is described. In some examples, a system may include: at least one sensor constituted to autonomously acquire motored user existence data at an intersection; and at least one sensor constituted to autonomously acquire non-motored user existence data at the intersection. The system may also include an agent constituted to determine queue length of motored users on the basis of the motored user existence data, to determine queue length of non-motored users on the basis of the non-motored user existence data, and to control traffic signals at least partially on the basis of the queue length of non-motored users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
