PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the production time of good gut bacteria producing substances which takes a long time.SOLUTION: A culture medium preparation step of preparing a culture medium by heat sterilizing a culture medium feedstock comprising soybean flour and water which has been put into a culture tank. By using soybean flour in the culture medium various nutrients which are abundantly included in soy beans can be given to lactic acid bacteria and/or bifidobacteria and the growth and growth rate of the lactic acid bacteria and/or bifidobacteria can be increased. Thereafter, a culturing step of culturing the lactic acid bacteria and/or bifidobacteria by stirring and warming the culture product in which lactic acid bacteria and/or bifidobacteria has been added to the culture medium in the culture tank is performed. By stirring the culture product in the culture medium, nutrients can be evenly distributed to the lactic acid bacteria and/or bifidobacteria and even a large amount of culture product can be quickly cultured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
