PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust easily discharge ability of soil.;SOLUTION: A digging-out device 1 is a device for digging out an underground root vegetable, while traveling in a field. A revolving drum 50 can be rotated relative to a revolving shaft A1 on the rear of a tractor, and has a plurality of tines 55 arrayed along the revolving shaft A1.
