PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of identifying a storage location of a necessary function even when a user-set process flow is updated.SOLUTION: An image processing system includes a setting device 100 and an image processing device 200. The image processing device 200 includes a storage device 222 and an FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array). The setting device 100 includes: a generation part that generates storage location information 130 defining a storage location in the storage device 222 for each of selection target image processing programs selected from a library 110; and a transmission part that transmits the selection target image processing program(s), a process flow 111 defining an execution order of the image processing program(s), and the storage location information 130 to the image processing device 200. The image processing device 200 includes a rewriting part that writes the received image processing program(s) to the storage location(s) of the storage device 222 defined by the storage location information 130.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
