PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for identifying and appropriately managing an outcome with the ability acquired as a result of learning carried out by machine learning.SOLUTION: A learning outcome identification device comprises: a creation part that creates identification information including first information with which predetermined learning can be identified for a result of learning through which a predetermined ability is acquired by the predetermined learning being carried out by machine learning, second information with which the learning result can be identified, and third information with which an outcome brought about by the learning result can be identified; and a storage part that stores the created identification information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
