PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a psychotherapy device, a psychotherapy system, and a psychotherapy method that not only allow insensible and hidden negative feelings and automatic thoughts of a subject to be grasped with a high degree of precision without imposing a burden on the subject, but also can automatically perform therapy to promote awareness for alleviating or solving a stress problem and self-growth.SOLUTION: A psychotherapy device includes solution means for performing therapy on a chief complaint of a subject, and result display means for displaying a psychotherapy effect by the solution means. The solution means extracts as sensory image information at least one of a landscape and a memory of an uncomfortable scene recalled based on the chief complaint of the subject, and an uncomfortable feeling and physical discomfort generated by the landscape or the memory, and then performs therapy using an image according to the extracted sensory image information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
