To provide an arm massage mechanism of a massage chair including a handrail main body optimizing the massaging effect of an arm by using a combination of a vibration motor and a gas bag without changing the size of the handrail main body.SOLUTION: The handrail main body 1 has a hollow structure, and in the main body of the handrail, there is formed a cavity 2 in which at least one massage module including at least one gas bag 3 and at least one vibration motor 4 is installed . The gas bag is attached to the top inside the cavity and communicates with the air pump controlling the filling and discharging of the gas via the gas pipe. The massage module further includes an electric control box which controls activation and deactivation and operation of the vibration motor and the air pump. At the top of the cavity is provided a gas bag chamber in which the gas bag is arranged and the vibration motor is attached to a motor placement bag fixed to the bottom of the cavity.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
