The massaging chair (10) has a backrest (15) comprising of air cushions (13,14,14') arranged on the front side and seat sides, and blisters and reset springs installed in a massaging mechanism and backrest framework. A gap is formed between the backrest and air cushions for the massaging mechanism. The blisters and reset springs are used for discharging air from the air cushions for ensuring comfort when sitting and for massaging operation.
