The present invention relates to an automatic massage chair, which is a massage chair with improved comfort of a backrest part, comprising: a seat plate part (20); a backrest part (10) in which a massage roller (40) is embedded at both left and right sides; and support frames (11) installed on both inner sides of the backrest part (10) and the seat plate part (20) to support a massage chair (1). Also, an operation space part (10a) is formed between the support frames (11) to allow the massage roller (40) to move along the support frames (11). In addition, at least a portion of the massage roller (40) massages the waist, back, or shoulder in a state of protruding from the backrest part (10), and an air conditioner (460) for supplying air to the operation space part (10a) and ejecting the same to the surroundings of the massage roller (40) is further provided inside the backrest part (10).
