PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply DC power from a photovoltaic power generation device to a power supply path in an outage state in which DC power is not supplied from a DC power source device to the power supply path.SOLUTION: A DC power supply system 1 in which DC power is supplied from a DC power source device 20 for converting AC power supplied from a commercial power system 2 to the DC power, through a power supply path, to a load device comprises: a protective relay 13 (detection unit) for detecting a state in which DC power is not supplied from the DC power source device 20 to the power supply path; and a power source supply device 50 (control unit) for controlling supply of DC power to the power supply path on the basis of a result of the detection. The power supply path is constructed so that power generated by a photovoltaic power generation device 30 is converted to DC power by a PCS 40 and the DC power converted by the PCS 40 is supplied to the power supply path. The power source supply device 50 supplies DC power from the PCS 40 to the power supply path, after the protective relay 13 detects the state in which DC power is not supplied from the DC power source device 20 to the power supply path.
