PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet for heat resistant process or the like having no generation of swellings and maintaining good easy detachability even when a high temperature treatment at 150°C or higher is conducted, for example.;SOLUTION: There are provided an adhesive sheet for heat resistant process having a first substrate having glass transition temperature of 120°C or higher, a first adhesive layer derived from an energy ray curable adhesive composition, a second substrate having glass transition temperature of 80°C or higher and a second adhesive layer derived from a silylated urethane adhesive composition in this order and a manufacturing method therefor, the silylated urethane adhesive composition contains a prescribed terminal silyl group polymer as (A) component and moisture vapor transmission rate of the second adhesive layer is a value of 100 g/m2/Hrs or more.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
