PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which, conventionally, it is difficult to propose a correct route in which a user can move at high speed.;SOLUTION: A route proposal device comprises: a point information storage part for storing three or more pieces of point information including a point identifier for identifying a point, and positional information indicating a position of the point; a circulation order determination part for using positional information included in each of three or more pieces of point information stored in the point information storage part, for acquiring a distance between two points out of the three or more pieces of points, then, using 3 or more distances, acquiring circulation route information which is information related to a circulation order of the three or more points; a route acquisition part for giving the circulation order information to a route search engine, and acquiring route information in which a user passes the three or more points in an order according to the circulation order; and a route output part for outputting route information acquired by the route acquisition part, thereby proposing a correct route in which a user can move at high speed.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
