Dissimilar metal bonded joint and method for joining dissimilar metals

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dissimilar metal joining joint which is joined by a mechanical joining method using an adhesive and is excellent in corrosion resistance and a joint strength; and a method for joining dissimilar metal.SOLUTION: A dissimilar metal joining joint 1 has a joint portion 7 formed by mechanical joining a laminated portion of a zinc-based plated steel plate 2, an adhesive layer 4 and an aluminum alloy plate 3. The adhesive layer 4 contains an epoxy resin 5, and Zn-containing particles 6 at a volume fraction of 1% or more and 60% or less. The Zn-containing particles 6 are Zn particles or Zn-alloy particles. The Zn-alloy particles contain the total of 20 mass% or less of one or two or more types of elements selected from Mg, Ni, Cr, Co and Al, and the balance Zn with inevitable impurities.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
