PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate the labor cost required for respective health care activities of a person engaging in work of health care such as health checkup, countermeasure for excessive labor, countermeasure for mental health, education and so forth.SOLUTION: A health care cost calculation device comprises: storage means 10 which stores labor cost (labor cost for health care activity job) according to ratio of engagement in work of health care activities for each job title of persons (expert workers) engaging in work of health care activities such as health checkup, countermeasure for excessive labor, countermeasure for mental health, education and the other works of health care activities, and the ratio (ratio for health care activities) of engagement in each work of health care activities for each job title of the expert workers; and first calculation means 11 which calculates the labor cost required for respective activities such as health checkup of the health care activities by the expert worker, countermeasure for excessive labor, countermeasure for mental health, education and the other on the basis of the labor cost for health care activity job for each job title of the expert workers stored in the storage means 10 and the ratio for health care activity for each job title of the expert workers stored in the storage means 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
