PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gelatinous food composition having pulp-like texture, and a confectionery having fruit-like external appearance, fruit skin-like texture, pulp-like texture, integral fruit-like texture of fruit skin and pulp, and original flavor of fruit.SOLUTION: A gelatinous food composition having pulp-like texture contains glycerine, at least one kind selected from monosaccharide and disaccharide, at least one kind selected from gelatinizer and thickening polysaccharide, and water. The content of glycerine is 3-15 wt.%, the content of at least one kind selected from gelatinizer and thickening polysaccharide is 3-5 wt.%, the content of water is 20-40 wt.%, and the content of at least one kind selected from monosaccharide and disaccharide is 50-70 wt.% of the total solid content. A fruit skin-containing confectionery having pulp-like texture and fruit-like external appearance comprises collagen casing and the gelatinous food composition included in the collagen casing.
