PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive loosening-proof agent composition capable of surely obtaining excellent conductivity and a loosening-proof effect; a conductive loosening-proof agent containing the same; and a fastener.SOLUTION: A conductive loosening-proof agent composition contains at least one or more conductive powder selected from graphite, tin oxide, indium oxide and zinc oxide as a filler. The filler has an average particle diameter of 0.2-10 μm, and a bulk specific gravity of 0.2-0.8 g/cm. The conductive loosening-proof agent composition contains 40-80 wt% of a binder resin and 20-60 wt% of the filler as nonvolatile components, or 15-30 wt% of epoxy resin-containing micro capsule, 15-25 wt% of a curing agent for epoxy resin, 40-60 wt% of the filler and 1-10 wt% of a binder resin as nonvolatile components.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
