A dual-drive prone bicycle comprises a frame (1), a front wheel (2), a rear wheel (3), a front drive component (4) and a rear drive component (5), wherein: the front wheel (2) and the rear wheel (3) are arranged at the front portion and rear portion of the frame (1); the rear drive component (5) comprises a rear wheel drive mechanism (51) for driving the rear wheel (3) and a treadle mechanism (52) for driving the rear wheel transmission mechanism (51); and a dynamic knee support member (53) having synchronous movement with the treadle mechanism (52) is provided between the treadle mechanism (52) and the frame (1).
