This facility management system comprises: an air conditioning system (30) which includes indoor units (11a, 11b) and outdoor units (10); and a management device (2) which controls the air conditioning system (30). The management device (2) further comprises: a storage unit (32) which stores user information including user identifiers which differ per user; an air conditioning device control unit (8) which controls the operation of the air conditioning system (30); and a management unit (9) which includes a management means (34) for managing entry and exit of users with respect to facilities in which the indoor units (11a, 11b) have been installed, on the basis of entry information which is received from the indoor units (11a, 11b) and which includes the user identifier and information of time of entry into the facilities, exit information which is received from the indoor units (11a, 11b) and which includes information of time of exit from the facilities, and the user information stored by the storage unit (32).
