METHOD FOR PROCESSING CURVED SURFACE OF SIDE KEY OF SMARTPHONE OR OF EXTERNALLY-MOUNTED PART THEREOF

The present invention relates to a method for processing a curved surface of a side key of a smartphone or of an externally-mounted part thereof and, more particularly, to a method for processing a curved surface of a side key or of an externally-mounted part by pushing and cutting a to-be-processed object using a diamond tip, which has the shape of a desired curved surface of a side key of a smartphone or of an externally-mounted part thereof, in a planing type. A method for processing a curved surface of a side key of a smartphone according to an embodiment of the present invention is characterized by comprising the steps of: (A) forming multiple side keys or multiple externally-mounted part basic frames on a to-be-processed object block longitudinally/transversely; and (B) maintaining a surface contact between one side of the side keys or of the externally-mounted part basic frames and a diamond tip, which has the shape of a desired curved surface of a side key of a smartphone or of an externally-mounted part thereof, and moving a spindle of a CNC processing machine, which is provided with the diamond tip, to the other side such that the diamond tip pushes and cuts the surface of the side keys or of the externally-mounted part basic frames, thereby processing a curved surface.
