SINGLE BOARDS COMBINED AND BONDED BY HOT-MELT ADHESIVE FILM AND PLYWOOD MANUFACTURING PROCESS EMPLOYING SAME

Single boards combined and bonded by a hot-melt adhesive film comprise multiple single boards (1) joined together. Two adjacent joined single boards are adhered together by applying multiple hot-melt adhesive points (2) to a seam therebetween. A hot-melt adhesive film is adhered to one side surface of the two adjacent joined single boards. Also provided is a plywood manufacturing process employing the above single boards combined and bonded by a hot-melt adhesive film. Compared with existing plywood manufacturing processes, the invention stacks single boards combined and bonded by a hot-melt adhesive film in advance, and then performs hot pressing to form a plywood, thereby increasing productivity and alignment precision, reducing a gap between single boards, improving quality of a plywood, and realizing automatic manufacturing of plywood.
