MANUFACTURE OF DECORATIVE BOARD ADHERED WITH SINGLE PLYWOOD DEVOID OF CRACK IN COATED FILM

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative board excellent in weather resistance without producing film cracks by impregnating a synthetic resin in a tensile fiber sheet and drying the same, and thermopressing the sheet on a single plywood decorative board. CONSTITUTION:A synthetic resin such as diallyl phthalate, polyester or the like is impregnated in a tensile fiber sheet which can be made transparent, such as a glass fiber sheet, alpha-cellulose paper or the like, and dried, to produce a resin impregnated sheet. The above sheet is overlapped on a decorative single plywood pasted to the base material, and the above described resin is molten and fixed by heat pressure, and the above sheet is made transparent.
