Provided is an anti-condensation operation control method, said method being used on an indoor unit of a multi-air conditioning system; specifically: when the multi-air conditioning system is in a cooling state and the indoor unit is in an inactive state, recording the duration that the indoor unit is inactive; if the duration of inactivity reaches a preset inactive-duration threshold, then measuring the temperature of the evaporator of the indoor unit to obtain the evaporator temperature; if the evaporator temperature is lower than a preset first temperature threshold and the duration it remains so reaches a preset first duration threshold, then controlling the indoor unit to execute a preset anti-condensation process. Also provided are an anti-condensation operation control device and multi-air conditioning system. By means of the anti-condensation process, it is possible to prevent condensation from forming inside an indoor unit in an inactive state, thereby preventing undesired water drips or leaks from the indoor unit.
