The present invention relates to a battery cell comprising: two or more electrode groups of a structure in which electrodes including a cathode, an anode, and a separation membrane interposed between the cathode and the anode are stacked, wherein each of the electrode groups includes an electrode tab bonding unit on one side thereof, and is electrically connected to an electrode lead which is withdrawn to the outside of a battery case after passing through a conductive connection member; and a first welding bonding unit formed between one side end portion of the conductive connection member and the electrode tab bonding unit, and a second welding bonding unit formed between the other side end portion of the conductive connection member and the electrode lead.
