Provided are an eye structure of a robot, a head structure of a robot, and a robot, wherein the eye structure comprises: a support assembly (10); an eyeball portion (20), the eyeball portion (20) being connected to the support assembly (10); an eyelid portion (30), the eyelid portion (30) being pivotally connected to the support assembly (10), and the eyelid portion (30) moving between a closed position covering the eyeball portion and an open position exposing the eyeball portion; and a driving assembly (40), the driving assembly (40) driving the eyelid portion (30) to move between the closed position and the open position, so as to realise a blinking movement of the eye structure. The robot solves the problem in the prior art that the eye structure of the robot has a complex structure and a high fault rate and existing robot operation is complex.
