The invention can rapidly and effectively pile sandbags, can conveniently and quickly place a plurality of sandbags in one go, without moving the position of a dam machine main body, avoiding the phenomenon of water flow at a dam breach rapidly washing away the sandbags due to blocking of the dam breach at a remote distance, is simple to operate, easy to use, and has high efficiency.
