[Problem]To quantitatively analyze the instruction ability of a teacher objectively over time, even when children or students are not enrolled in the same class due to class changes and the like.[Solution]In the present invention, examination results are analyzed for each topic and for each child, said examination results being obtained via an academic examination which is carried out intermittently regarding multiple topics and is administered to multiple examinees, and the instruction ability of the teacher responsible for the subject is analyzed. The present invention is equipped with: an examination results database 31 that stores, for all the children in a country, item data that includes the year of the academic examination, an identification number of the examinee, the academic year and class of the examinee, an examination result for each topic, and the teacher for each topic; a statistical processing means 32 that statistically processes the item data with respect to a change over time in the examination results for each subject and for each teacher; a visualization data output means 33 that outputs visualization data enabling the change over time in the examination results for each designated teacher to be visualized; and an image output unit 40 that outputs the visualization data as an image.
