PHASE CHANGE INSULATING PAPER DRYING MECHANISM AND DRYING METHOD THEREOF

Disclosed are a phase change insulating paper drying mechanism and drying method thereof. The drying mechanism comprises a drying box body, wherein the drying box body is connected at the bottom with a wood pulp drying platform. The wood pulp drying platform comprises a board (5) used for laying out a wood pulp layer. The board (5) is provided with a water discharge hole (10) and provided on the bottom face with a water penetration board made of a porous hard material. The drying box body is also connected at the bottom with a dehumidifying plunger mechanism; a top cover (1) is connected with an evaporation plate (7) by means of an annular support frame (16) and the surface of the evaporation plate (7) is provided with several air discharge holes in an array; the top cover (1) is also connected with a heating mechanism, wherein the heating mechanism comprises several heat-exchange air cylinders (17), and the heat-exchange air cylinders (17) are connected with an air input nozzle (19); and a side wall of a connection frame (2) is connected with an air outlet nozzle. The mechanism uses a negative pressure cavity, which can be vacuum-pumped, and uses the principle that the boiling point of water is lower under low air pressure to make the water in the wood pulp generate phase change rapidly and then evaporate by means of vacuum-pumping, which has the advantages of a shorter drying time, does not tend to scorch and a higher drying uniformity.
