A high-strength high-tensile composite functional fibre, comprising two interwoven PET fibres (1), the cross-section of the PET fibres (1) forming a C shape, a cavity (2) being formed between the two interwoven PET fibres (1), spandex fibre (6) being arranged in the cavity (2), a round protruding strip (3) being arranged on the outside of the PET fibres (1), the inner side of one PET fibre (1) abutting the round protruding strip (3) of the outside of the other PET fibre (1), pyrethrin particles (4) being uniformly arranged inside the PET fibres (1), and an anti-ageing layer being arranged on the externally exposed surface of the two interwoven PET fibres (1). The present high-strength high-tensile composite functional fibre combines the high elasticity of spandex with the high strength of polyester, such that the strength and the elasticity of the fabric satisfies requirements.
