Provided are a terminal device application program, terminal device control method, terminal device, and live broadcast distribution server program which can distribute content such as a survey, without delaying the progress of distribution of a live broadcast program, even when an assistant cannot be available at the user's side. Provided is an application program of a terminal device 3 having a function for communicating with a live broadcast distribution server 1, which has a function for distributing a live broadcast program. The application program causes a computer of the terminal device 3 to function as the following: an authority imparting unit 32 that imparts content creation authority to some or all viewers, on the basis of an instruction from a live broadcast distributor; a viewer content creation unit 32 that enables content creation by a viewer to whom creation authority is imparted; and a content distribution unit 32 that incorporates, into a program being broadcast live, the content created by the viewer, on the basis of an instruction from the live broadcast distributor or the viewer who created the content.
