The present invention relates to a device to wash a chicken gizzard. More specifically, the chicken gizzard washing device comprises: a housing body including a conveyor part to transfer a chicken gizzard; a guide rail part compressing the chicken gizzard guided and transferred by the conveyor part; a cutting part cutting the chicken gizzard compressed by the guide rail part; an expanding rail part placed in the upper part of the conveyor part to make the cut chicken gizzard opened along the cut part; and a water spray part washing the chicken gizzard being moved along the conveyor part. The chicken gizzard is inserted between guide rods of a guide part in the housing body and compressed while being moved along the conveyor part, and then, is cut by a cutting blade, and thus, some of sand in the chicken gizzard is discharged by pressure, the cut chicken gizzard is opened by the expanding rail part to be washed by the water spray part, and the skin of the chicken gizzard is peeled by a skin peeling device. As such, the present invention is capable of conveniently washing the chicken gizzard as well as improving the efficiency of the washing process.
