CHICKEN BREAST CONTAINING MEDICINAL HERB EXTRACT AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREBY

The present invention relates to chicken breast containing a medicinal herb extract and a method for preparing the same. Specifically, the present invention provides the method including the steps of: inserting at least one of the medicinal herbs including 10 to 30 parts by weight of corn silk, 10 to 30 parts by weight of plantain, 10 to 30 parts by weight of adlay, 10 to 30 parts by weight of dried orange peel, 10 to 30 parts by weight of cnidium, 10 to 30 parts by weight of houttuynia cordata, 10 to 30 parts by weight of apricot kernel, 10 to 30 parts by weight of morus bark, and 90 to 110 parts by weight of salicornia herbacea into an infuser; heating the medicinal herb in the infuser at temperatures between 110 to 130C for 2 to 4 hours in a high-temperature extractor with 1,500 to 2,500 parts by weight of water; obtaining a medicinal herb extract by filtering out the heated medicinal herb in the infuser; cooling the medicinal herb extract at temperatures between 0 to -5C for 3 to 5 hours; and mixing 1 to 5 parts by weight of the cooled medicinal herb extract, 90 to 98 parts by weight of the chicken breast, and 1 to 5 parts by weight of a salting agent. Further, the present invention provides the chicken breast containing the medicinal herb extract prepared by the method.
