According to an embodiment of the present invention, the present invention relates to a method for recreating a new medicine, which uses a biological network including a plurality of pieces of gene information. The method includes the steps of: inputting information on a medicine to be verified in a biological network; extracting the shortest path between a medicine-acting gene and a disease gene related to a target disease on the biological network; measuring a change state of a disease of the medicine-acting gene using disclosed genome data; recognizing whether the medicine-acting gene, at least one intermediate gene arranged on the shortest path, and the disease gene are activated or inhibited in accordance with delivery of the medicine; and calculating a score by digitizing a correlation between the medicine and the target disease gene on the basis of the shortest path and the activation or inhibition.
