The present invention provides an aza-21-crown-7 ether derivative compound, which is novel chelate ligand for supercritical extraction, a preparing method thereof, and a metal extraction method using the same. According to the present invention, by using supercritical fluid and an aza-21-crown-7 ether derivative, metal components in radioactive contaminants or radioactive waste, particularly cesium, can be economically and environmentally-friendly extracted.
