The present invention relates to a sliding seat structure applied with a safeguard, wherein a safety belt buckle is inserted into a holder provided at one side of a seat portion to conveniently restrict forward and backward movement of the seat portion. Moreover, as the seat portion on which a user wearing a safety belt sits can move backward, a front and rear space width between a front seat portion and a rear seat portion can be more widely expanded for one who is seated to more comfortably take a rest. The sliding seat structure applied with a safeguard can be applied to various fields such as an office chair, an airplane chair, a vehicle drivers seat, a front passenger seat, or the like.
