The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing a stone polishing pad. The apparatus for manufacturing a stone polishing pad according to the present invention comprises: a molding frame; a powder supply unit; a transfer unit on which the molding frame is placed and which has a conveyor belt type to move the molding frame to each device; a first movement unit which moves the molding frame; a sheet lamination unit which supplies a sheet into the molding frame moved from the power supply unit to the transfer unit through the first movement unit to laminate the sheet onto raw powder in the molding frame; a squeeze plate supply unit which is positioned above the transfer unit, and disposes a squeeze plate at the upper portion of the molding frame; a hot pressing unit which hot-presses the molding frame having the squeeze plate disposed thereon through a first press device including an upper plate and a lower plate, each of which is provided with an electric heater; a cooling unit which cools the heated molding frame; a molding frame dismantling unit which separates a base plate and the squeeze plate from a side ring of the cooled molding frame; a second movement unit which is disposed to be opposed to the first movement unit with a second press device interposed therebetween, and moves the molding frame separated from the second press device, to the transfer unit; a pad recovery unit which separates the base plate and the squeeze plate coupled by a center pin to separate a pad positioned between the base plate and the squeeze plate; and a cleaning unit which cleans and dries the molding frame disposed in the traveling direction of the transfer unit and separated.
