The present invention relates to a method for enhancing dextrose equivalent of cellulosic biomass, capable of reducing production costs by providing an optimized process which can reduce the amount of diastatic enzyme used through weak acid pretreatment and fed-batch saccharification with respect to cellulosic biomass, and can use substrates with high concentration, and producing glucose with high concentration and high yield.
