The present invention relates to antibody specifically detecting a KIF5B-RET fusion protein, and a use thereof. More specifically, provided are antibody specifically detecting a KIF5B-RET fusion protein or a mutant thereof, a composition for diagnosing lung cancer including the antibody, and a kit. Moreover, provided is a method for providing information in the diagnosis of lung cancer using the antibody.
