The present invention relates to a lower limb rehabilitation training mechanism for providing the convenience of training in a lower limb rehabilitation training device, the device comprising: a wearing means which is equipped on the body of a patient; a lifting device which supports, and lifts and lowers the patient equipped with the wearing means; a lower limb exoskeleton robot which is equipped on the lower limb of the patient to fix the hip joint, knee joint, and ankle joint of the patient; a separable treadmill unit which induces the feet of the patient equipped with the lower limb exoskeleton robot to walk; and a control unit which controls operations of the lifting device, lower limb exoskeleton robot, and treadmill unit. According to the lower limb rehabilitation training mechanism of the present invention, the lower limb exoskeleton robot comprises left and right leg supports for fixing each of the legs of the patient, wherein each leg support comprises a plurality of fixing units for fixing the legs of the patient by parts, and the fixing units are formed to be outwardly rotatable so as to not interfere with the leg of the patient entering between the leg supports.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
