The present invention provides a lower limb automatic regulating platform forwaist rehabilitationtraining and a training method thereof, wherein, the lower limb automaticregulating platform comprises analuminum alloy profile frame, a lower limb automatic regulating platform unit,a standing platform, motorunits, flexible ropes, and pulley units. The training method of the presentinvention comprises eight steps.The lower limb automatic regulating platform can be controlled accurately, andcan safely assist the patientfor rehabilitation training, and can avoid accidents of the patient duringrehabilitation training. Thebeneficial technical effects: by means of the lower limb automatic regulatingplatform provided in thepresent invention, the legs of the patient can bend or extend in a workingrange of the lower limb automaticregulating platform unit, and leg postures of the patient standing on thestanding platform can be regulatedwhen the waist of the patient straightens and bends. With the training methodof the present invention,secondary injuries of the patient during rehabilitation training can beavoided.
