The present invention relates to a medicine screening method for diseases accompanied by choroidal neovascularization using a three-dimensional bio-simulation system, and more particularly, to a medicine screening method using choroidal neovascularization simulated in vitro model provided by: culturing retinal pigment epithelial cell and vascular endothelial cell with a porous membrane as boundary; and inducing a damaged retina environment by hypoxia or aging. The choroidal neovascularization in vitro model of the present invention is highly compatible with pathological phenomena occurring in a living body, and can be used for effectively screening candidate medicines of various mechanisms.
