Provided is a composition for enhancing immunity comprising extracts of Protaetia orientalis larvae and red ginseng as active ingredients. The extract of Protaetia orientalis larvae is manufactured by immersing Protaetia orientalis larvae in an immersion solution containing acetic acid, aging the same to prepare the aged larvae and drying and grinding the aged larvae.
