According to an embodiment of the present invention, a customized education management system comprises: a request receiving unit for receiving user information with a reading request for student management information from a user terminal; a classification detecting unit for classifying one piece of student management information as first management information in accordance with the user information, and detecting a corresponding class management terminal which manages the student management information; a reading permission request unit for requesting the class management terminal for authentication information for determining whether to allow reading for the first management information; a reading determination unit for requesting the user terminal for response information as the authentication information is received from the class management terminal, and determining a permission for reading the first management information for the user terminal in accordance with coincidence of the response information and the authentication information; and a content providing unit for comparing the first management information with graduate information in accordance with reading permission of the first management information to generate customized content for a student on the basis thereof, and providing the same for the user terminal. According to the present invention, a student management work is efficiently distributed to various managers to be managed.
