The present invention relates to a card-type teaching aid and a method for making conversation and counseling using the same, and more specifically, to the card-type teaching aid and the method for making conversation and counseling using the same, which help a kid more clearly express his/her own situation and feeling even if short conversation with a parent or a guardian and develop an ability of wisely coping with conflicts that the kid will experience in various situations. The present invention provides a card-type teaching aid comprising emotion cards, place cards, relationship cards, and action cards, wherein a kid is guided to sequentially select one of the cards for each category and talk about his/her experience and emotion. Accordingly, a parent is able to smoothly lead conversation with his/her kid and encourages the kid to more clearly express his/her experience and feeling, thereby enabling the parent to understand the kid more deeply even through a short conversation. In addition, through such the conversation with the parent, the kid can safely practice expected conflicts capable of occurring in various relationships and enhance an ability to solve social and emotional problems.
