The present invention relates to a beef bone soup containing collagen extracted from chicken feet and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, relates to a beef bone soup containing collagen extracted from chicken feet and a manufacturing method thereof, capable of enabling a user to conveniently take collagen. Moreover, the method includes: a skin peeling step of peeling yellow skin and foreign substances completely from chicken feet by inserting the chicken feet into a peeling machine with the supply of hot water of 65 °C when the chicken feet, of which yellow skin has been primarily peeled in a slaughterhouse, are warehoused; a chicken foot treatment step of cooling the peeled chicken feet of the skin peeling step in cooling water for 30-40 minutes, and then, separating the chicken feet into ankle bones, claw bones, and boneless chicken foot flesh to obtain the claw bones; and a primary blood removing step of removing blood from the obtained claw bones of the chicken foot treatment step by soaking the claw bones in hot water at 60-70 °C for 10-20 minutes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
