The present invention relates to an antiviral pharmaceutical composition comprising micafungin or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. Specifically, micafungin increases viability of cells infected by enterovirus 71 (EV71) (BrCr type, H type, and 1095 type), coxsackievirus B3 (CVB3), and human rhinovirus (HRV) including HRV-14, HRV-21, and HRV-71, and also ameliorates pancreopathy and reduction in body weight of a mouse infected by CVB3, thereby being useful as antiviral pharmaceutical compositions.
