The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a lactic acid bacteria spawn powder by a solid phase fermentation method and a low temperature air blowing drying method. More particularly, rice bran, which is a byproduct produced during a rice milling process, is used to enhance culture speed, lactic acid bacterial spawn powder having a high concentration of active live bacteria can be produced without damaging the cells of the lactic acid bacteria after a low temperature air blowing drying process at a temperature range of about 28-30C. By using the solid-phase fermentation method and a low temperature air blowing drying method which are cheap and easy to use, more inexpensive lactic acid bacterial spawn products can be produced.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2018
