The present invention provides a microneedle device which includes: a metal thin plate; a microneedle unit including a supporting unit and a needle formed on a surface where the supporting unit contacts the human skin, wherein at least a part of the microneedle unit is formed of a conductive material; and a cavity formed between the metal thin plate and the microneedle unit. According to one aspect of the present invention, the microneedle device can generate electrical attraction by the potential difference of metal, thereby effectively injecting physiologically active substances into the skin using the attraction.
