Disclosed are a PCR module capable of multi-temperature setting, a PCR system including the same, and a PCR testing method using same. The PCR module capable of multi-temperature setting is detachably coupled to a reader system. The PCR module capable of multi-temperature setting comprises an optical sensor array, an emission filter, a reaction container, a temperature sensor assembly, a temperature adjusting assembly, and a module temperature control unit. The optical sensor array generates a light sensing signal by including a plurality of optical sensors arranged in an array shape, thereby measuring luminance of emission light generated from a sample. The temperature sensor assembly includes a plurality of temperature sensors which each measure temperatures of experimental units within the reaction container. The temperature adjusting assembly includes a plurality of temperature adjusting units which each corresponds to the experimental units of the reaction container to individually adjust the temperatures of the experimental units. The module temperature control unit includes a plurality of temperature control circuits electrically connected to the temperature adjusting units of the temperature adjusting assembly to individually apply electric power to the temperature adjusting units by control of the reader system.
