The PC Al module with multiple temperature settings is detachably coupled to the reader system. The PSA module capable of setting the multiple temperatures includes an optical sensor array, an emission filter, a reaction container, a temperature sensor assembly, a temperature control assembly, and a module temperature control unit. The optical sensor array includes a plurality of optical sensors arranged in an array, and measures the brightness of the emitted light from the sample to generate the optical sensing signal. The temperature sensor assembly includes a plurality of temperature sensors each measuring the temperature of the experimental units in the reaction vessel. The temperature regulating assembly includes a plurality of temperature regulators respectively corresponding to the experimental units of the reaction vessel to individually control the temperatures of the experimental units. The module temperature control unit includes a plurality of temperature control circuits electrically connected to the temperature control units of the temperature control assembly and individually applying power to the temperature control units under the control of the reader system.
